We are the wholly owned subsidiaries of Rais Hassan Saadi Group of Companies which was founded in the year 1910 with shipping and freight related services as its core activities.

ARC LINE and BAY LINES are operationally head-quartered in Dubai and they, equally, are the wholly owned subsidiaries of Rais Hassan Saadi Group of Companies. Containerized transport services between Indian Sub-continent and West Asia successfully are the given activities of ARC & BAY Lines and they have been operating successfully ever since their incorporation owing to their strategic positioning and key advantage of being part of Rais Hassan Saadi Group of Companies.

Day-to-day operations for both the agency and in-house lines viz. ARC LINE and BAY LINES are being managed/carried out from a single outlay in Dubai with close participation of the top management, RHS Group.
